As per the International Women’s Day website, whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead.
Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field.
Take a step back and ask yourself – what are you doing to break bias in your workplaces?
Are you actively calling out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping each time you see it?
Break the Boundaries! Be confident! Call it out! For a better future!
