CBAP® – Certified Business Analysis Professional
Course Description
CBAP® training is for experienced Business Analysis Professionals looking to become globally recognized and certified. This comprehensive training offers in-depth knowledge of all Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK®) core areas, namely – Strategy Analysis, Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, Requirements Lifecycle Management and Solution Evaluation. This course has been endorsed by the IIBA and qualifies Business Analysts for the necessary Professional Development hours required for the CBAP application.
Course Content
Each module will cover the purpose and description of the BABOK area, inputs, elements, techniques and outputs. Students will have access to practice questions at the end of each module. Practical examples and case studies will be given throughout the course.
At the end of the course, students will be well equipped to take the CBAP exam offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). The CBAP exam consists of 120 multiple choice questions formulated from the BABOK® Guide – exam questions are both scenario and case study-based.
