Course Description

CCBA training is for Intermediate Business Analysts looking to be recognized for their skills by earning formal recognition. This comprehensive training offers in-depth knowledge of all Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) core areas, namely – Strategy Analysis, Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, Requirements Lifecycle Management and Solution Evaluation. This course has been endorsed by the IIBA and qualifies Business Analysts for the necessary Professional Development hours required for the CCBA application.

At the end of the course, students will be well equipped to take the CCBA exam offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). The CCBA exam consists of 130 multiple choice scenario-based questions formulated from the BABOK® Guide.
