- We create value by identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining business processes.
- We help develop innovative solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
Facilitator:
- We facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
- We ensure that all parties are heard and their needs are addressed.
Innovator:
- We look for new and better ways to do things.
- We are responsible for identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
Strategist:
- We develop and execute strategic plans that align with our organisations goals and objectives.
- We help map out change strategies to help businesses achieve their future desired state.
Translator:
- We help bridge between the gap between current state and future state.
- We bring technical teams and business stakeholders together and facilitate a shared understanding of a problem and solution.
Influencer
- We understand our organization’s goals, processes, and stakeholders, and are able to use this knowledge to influence change and outcomes.
Our role as Business Analysts is multifaceted and requires a diverse set of skills and knowledge. By wearing many hats and performing a variety of roles, we are able to influence the direction of organisations, identify new opportunities, and drive positive outcomes.
