CBAP – Certified Business Analysis Professional
Course Description
CBAP® training is for experienced Business Analysis Professionals looking to become globally recognized and certified. This comprehensive training offers in-depth knowledge of all Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) core areas, namely – Strategy Analysis, Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, Requirements Lifecycle Management and Solution Evaluation.
Course Content
Each module will cover the purpose and description of the BABOK area, inputs, elements, techniques and outputs. Students will have access to practice questions at the end of each module. Practical examples and case studies will be given throughout the course.
At the end of the course, students will be well equipped to take the CBAP exam offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). The CBAP exam consists of 120 multiple choice questions formulated from the BABOK® Guide – exam questions are both scenario and case study-based.

Certification of Capability in Business Analysis
Course Description
CCBA training is for Intermediate Business Analysts looking to be recognized for their skills by earning formal recognition. This comprehensive training offers in-depth knowledge of all Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) core areas, namely – Strategy Analysis, Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, Requirements Lifecycle Management and Solution Evaluation.
At the end of the course, students will be well equipped to take the CCBA exam offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). The CCBA exam consists of 130 multiple choice scenario-based questions formulated from the BABOK® Guide.

Entry Level Certificate in Business Analysis
Course Description
ECBA is for entry level professionals who are looking to break into the Business Analysis space. ECBA training will cover the fundamental knowledge in business analysis and equip students with the underlying competencies required to succeed as an entry level Business Analyst.
At the end of the course, students will be well equipped to take the ECBA exam offered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). The ECBA exam consists of 50 multiple choice knowledge-based questions.
